Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Every user gets a free demo (2 Tier-1 tests, 1 Tier-2 test, and 1 typing test) before purchasing. We strongly recommend attempting the demo to evaluate the platform before paying.

2. Refund window

If you have not attempted any paid test, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment. Email hello@allmocks.in from the registered email with your order ID.

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Any paid test has been started or submitted.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the payment date.
  • Purchases made using a discount coupon (including EARLYBIRD) are non-refundable in cash; we will provide a one-time credit extension or transfer instead.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Service interruption

In the rare case of a prolonged platform outage attributable to us, we will extend your subscription by the affected duration free of charge.
